Student Registration
Please select the church you will be attending camp with to begin the registration process. All students must complete the Camp Connect registration form, the Camp Connect liability form, and the Camp Copass online liability form. Links to both liability forms are provided below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Camp Secretary.

All student campers must complete two liability forms: the Camp Connect Liability Form and the Camp Copass Liability Form. The Camp Connect Liability Form must be printed and returned to your student's pastor. The Camp Copass Liability Form should be completed online via their website. Both forms must be submitted in order to attend camp. The links to both forms are provided below.
