Camp Copass Liability (Adults)
In addition to our regular camp registration & liability form, all adults attending the Camp Connect 'Uncomfortable' summer camp this year must complete a liability waiver through our camp facility website, Camp Copass.

You will receive an email with instructions to create a password.
Once your account is created, log in to fill out the required information.
Under the registration section, select “Connect Camp” as your camp.
You DO NOT need to pay for insurance or rental fees, so please decline these options.
Ensure that you complete the liability information fully.
How to complete the online form:
Please note: The Camp Copass liability form is separate from the Camp Connect registration and liability form. All must be completed to attend camp. Thank you for your understanding!
